If your computer has any of the following conditions,
- Slower than usual performance
- Unwanted pop-ups
- Restarts unexpectedly, or shows blue screen with error codes
- Will not turn on, or blank screen while running
| First we have to figure out what's wrong with your computer. This process can include performing a Virus scan, Malware Scan, and in some cases we may have to open the PC up and see what's going on. | |||
| This is usually the best option and highly recommended. Here's how it works: 1. Backup personal documents, pictures, music etc, to temporary storage device 2. Format your Hard Drive 3. Reinstall Operating system (ie. Microsoft Windows or Mac OS X) 5. Restore your personal documents back to the PC This option ensures your PC will be exactly as when you had purchased it, except your documents will be still there! |

| Is your computer no living up to its potential? Perhaps you need more system memory or a larger Hard Drive. Or maybe your CPU and Motherboard need a serious upgrade! Our fee is based on installation PER hardware device plus the cost of each device. | |||
| If you are using an older version of windows and want to upgrade, you will pay for the cost of the new version, plus the cost of installing it. In some rare cases, a fresh install may be required, similar to a full system restore. | |||
| Virus removal can be tedious. It requires virus removal software, researching the virus and of course scanning and removing any viruses. | |||
